1.Inspection before operating the Earth Auger
(1) Fuel level. Check the fuel level from the outside of the tank, if the fuel level is low, add fuel to the upper limit, the fuel is made of unleaded gasoline and two-stroke oil in a 25-30:1 mixing ratio, never use pure gasoline and gasoline containing impurities;
(2) Air filter. Inspect the air filter element for dirt. If dirt is found, it should be cleaned;
(3) Throttle cable. Check the free clearance at the end of the throttle cable and check whether the throttle handle is operating smoothly.
(4) Blades. Check that the blade mounting nut is loose and tighten the nut if necessary. Inspect the blade for cracks, chips, bending, and wear, and replace it if needed;
(5) Cutter guard. Check that the guards are loose and, if necessary, tighten the safety bolts of the guards. Inspect guards for damage and replace them as needed.
2. Problems to be paid attention to before use
1) For lawns that need to be punched, stones, wires, and other items that may cause dangerous accidents should be removed before starting work.
2) Spray water on the lawn before punching to achieve the ideal punching effect.
3) Mark the nozzles, wires, and other objects that need to be avoided on the lawn to prevent them from being touched while working.
4) Keep children away from fists.
5) Check the oil level of the gearbox before working.
6) Keep the rear wheels in the lowest position.
7) Make sure the belt tension clutch retracts and releases itself.
8) Start the engine and adjust the throttle to the normal walking speed of the operator, so that the operator can always control the machine comfortably.
9) Do not work on slopes with slopes greater than 30 degrees.
10) Do not put your hands or feet next to moving or rotating parts while the machine is running.
11) Do not open the gearbox guard during operation.
12) Do not change the configuration of the lawn punch without authorization.
13) It shall not be used for other ground operations other than lawn
3. Maintenance
(1) Spark plugs. Disassemble the spark plug, clean up the carbon deposit, and measure the gap between 0.6-0.7mm;
(2) Repair the fuel filter and clean the fuel tank. Pour out the engine fuel, remove the filter and wash gently; remove water and dirt attached to the tank;
(3) Radiator. Check the radiator through the hood for dirt and clean it if so;
(4) Oil line. Check the fuel line and replace it if it is aging or leaking.
(5) Blades. Replace the blade in a timely manner.
